The cleanliness of the pool and hot tub area. The friendliness of Alice at breakfast.
The day my room was to be cleaned, it wasn't.

The breakfast was good and hearty. Biscuits and gravy, ham, hash browns, waffles and cereals. The hostess was very helpful and attentive.
The carpets smelled of freshener and were a little old but in good condition.
