Worth the money aint nothing to brag about though.

The area was decent it was a 25 minute drive from Baltimore with Traffic. The breakfast was decent. The kitchenette was very nice.

The bathroom had ants. Yea and the ceiling looked like it had water damage.

This place has always been my first choice to stay even when not traveling far!

Always so fresh and so clean with a great smell. Always feel comfortable as soon as I arrive on site, I can go on and on about this place! I would say to all; please continue to handle this place as it already is and continue to get better!!!

Amazing! They make you feel right at home and treat you like family

The location was perfect! It met all of our needs and then some. Everything you could need was within close walking distance but you can also book the shuttle with the amazing shuttle team; Michelle and Carol they will take you wherever you need to go. There’s A dog park close by and the friendly staff were so kind and welcoming to our family dog. The staff and facilities are amazing for a short or even extended stay. They truly try to make you feel like you’re at home…they’re extremely accommodating and helpful. They do their very best to meet and serve your needs. We needed ice, their ice machine wasn’t working in one bldg. they brought ice over from the sister hotel and directly up to the room. I just can’t express how grateful I am to the kind hospitality we experienced. We had to deal with a very stressful and difficult family situation and the staff made our stay wonderful. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend them!

Nothing…i know they plan on adding bar food at some point in the new year…so a restaurant on site would be nice

Room was dirty. there was blood on the sheets and it looked like someone came in our room and took the vent off but didn’t clean up the mess afterwards

Clean quiet comfortable with great parking

The Element Arundel Mills BWI Airport was quiet and comfortable. We saw a show at LIVE! and choose to stay overnight instead of driving home. What we did not like is that I booked a room with 2 queen beds and they "ran out". So, one of us had to sleep on the pull out sofa which is what I DID NOT want to do. I would have chosen another hotel. Otherwise, we liked the hotel a lot. Parking was great, the inside of the hotel was clean and breakfast ( included) was good. Also, our room had a kitchen which is a great amenity. I would stay again, yes.

What we did not like is that I booked a room with 2 queen beds and they "ran out". So, one of us had to sleep on the pull out sofa which is what I DID NOT want to do. Once you "run out" of a specific room, make it unavailable on the web site. I know you can do that.

Overall a great room, just needs to upgrade sound proofing.

I loved the shower, and the bed was so comfortable, I wanted to take it home :)

The soundproofing needs to be updated. I felt like I was in an apartment building. I heard everything! Above and beside me a bit frustrating.

Very good

The staff made the stay great. And the location was perfect.

The the shower had too much water running on the floor. The lights in the bedroom can we change for touch. There was no bucket to hold ice or get it from.

Small issues light light bulb blown, microwave not functioning properly. Wall above electric stove splatter with grease.
