The money paid wasn’t worth the marijuana smoke filled establishment

Location was convenient

No smoking property yet every area I was in/walked thru wreaked of marijuana. I was in town to host a very important party and the exposure to the INTENSE pot smells made me very ill. Yes I’m hypersensitive to the smell of marijuana but I’ve never been so exposed that I became so ill. I vape and used to smoke cigarettes- and I ALWAYS abide by non-smoking rules. Disappointed that staff didn’t seek out the offenders and remove them from the property. Won’t be returning again

Pool is closed!!!

Decent location, convenient shuttle to airport and train station.

The front desk woman was not nice or helpful. The pool was closed with no notice given.

It was ok the smoke had my wife choking all night and the hot water was so hot you really couldn’t take a good shower

Great visit

Friendly staff, easy check in and out. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent shuttle service.

The back door stays open all night, which is a bit of a safety concern.

Overall Happy with Smiles

We liked being on the 5th floor, at the end of the hallway, we liked the view from the window, hearing the rain storm and having a refrigerator.

Not having a microwave and there was not enough sugar in the room when we made our coffee.

Nice, and clean property.

I really like the hotel.

The only issue was my child and grandkid walking down the halls and the halls were reeking of marijuana. It was so bad i sprayed perfume when we had to leave the room.

Some nights were sleepless due to a lot of noises. It also smelled like people were smoking inside their rooms (somehow)

I have stayed here several times. After driving 14 hours from Florida I was told I had to pay $15 a night for my three night stay. I had to stand outside in cold weather and download your stupid app and Pay $45 or get towed. What a way to treat a repeat customer! Not planning to stay at the Westin again. I got back to my room and was getting ready to go to sleep when high school children started playing a game of knocking on doors and running away. I called the front desk and was told they could move me to another room. I said I was getting ready for bed. Please do something about the people doing this. I put a do not disturb hanger on my door. I woke up at 6:00 a.m. to find a note that was shoved under my door saying that since I had a do not disturb note on my door my room would not be made up. I later saw the cleaner I. The hallway and asked if she could come and clean our room later. We had just gotten back from downtown. She said no and just handed me towels. The parking issue is what really bothered me. I won’t be using your hotel again. I would rather pay more than have to deal with this. It seems like the management is turning cheap charging for every little thing like they do in Europe. I will be staying at a nicer hotel next time. I have stayed here several time in the past. Previously I would have rated this hotel as average. After the parking issue and management not adequately addressing pranksters in the hallway, I will gladly pay for a nicer place to stay.

Great "before" Stay

Felt like Southern Hospitality.........

My room was absolutely comfortable, from the excellent bed giving me the greatest nap on friday evening til I stepped out on the town. Were not gonna stop there, that shower with the square shower head, so soothing after being out all day at the Capitol Jazz Festival. Where did you all purchase the decor in the room, I fell in love with the tripod lamp (I really wanna know where I can purchase that, seriously). The staff was on point...

Only on Saturday night, one elevator was working. I understand you all were busy 2 weddings....

The bed box spring was dirty and the bed was not comfortable, it felt old and it sagged in some places.

Convenient Stay, Helpful Staff

Suitable Hotel for 1 night stay prior to flying out of BWI. The front desk staff were helpful for a variety of questions, including leaving our car there for 8 days.

Magnificent and Beautiful Hotel

The whole staff from the shuttle driver, Front desk clerk, bartender and restaurant staff. Everyone was so nice, kind and very helpful in answering all my many questions. They also recommended other restaurants in the area. I LOVED the breakfast buffet during the week day..Omlettes were Amazing! I will definitely come back to The Westin Baltimore Washington Airport Hotel again. Top notch all throughout the hotel.

Very nice stay; room was spacious and comfortable.

Cleanliness, beautifully decorated.

Location was remote. A lot of twisting, winding, dark roads to get there. There was only one small set of shampoo, conditioner and lotion and bar of soap in the bathroom.

It was good overall

The breakfast was decent but needs more variety. The beds were comfy and rooms were sound proof given the location.

The pillows were not comfortable at all! They were flat and provided little to no comfort. The pool had too much chlorine in it, it ruined my partners bathing suit. The phones in the bedroom were down, we couldn’t call the front desk from the room. Room service was okay, I disliked the fact that you had to ask to the front desk to have your room cleaned instead of it being cleaned when you weren’t there.

Breakfast could had been better. My husband and myself don’t eat pork or beef.. they didnt have anything Turkey to serve us so we only had eggs & potatoes. I think you should atleast offer one of each . One turkey product nd one beef or pork product.

Clean room, good shower

Neighbors in next room loud and tried to enter room through connecting door. For the price of the room, it's insulting to charge for parking.

Disappointed.

Good location.

The room overall was not great, only 4 pillows no extra in the closet. All pillows were very thin and not comfortable, felt old. I had to ask the front desk for more by calling with my cellphone, room phone was not working and there was no remote for the TV. The AC was very loud and did not cool the room enough. Iron in the closet is old and had a large stain that stained a white shirt I had to iron. Felt like I had to constantly call for different reasons and when I called to make the front desk aware, they were rude. When staying at a Hotel the expectation is to have everything you need and to be very comfortable, did not feel this way, it was more like what else is going to be wrong here.

The roon was clean, and the hotel itself was really nice.

What I didn't like is booking didn't say that you have to pay 15.00 a day for parking which is ridiculous. Why do u have to pay for parking when there are plenty of parking spaces.
