Quick ride from BWI & Light Rail. Very clean room w/efficiency amenities. Extremely comfortable bed. Staff very helpful & breakfast was varied & delicious!
Miscommunication re: shuttle. 1) Pick-up at BWI is upstairs/2nd floor door 5. Initially, only told “door 5.” 2) Sign at check-in states “Shuttle runs every 1/2 hour” -but omitted only upon request.

Beds soft, full fridge to use, very quiet
The tv turned off automatically on its own, no instructions that air was controlled by switch on wall behind door, rsvp for king, did not get it.

Location, friendliness, kitchenette as I do cook and bring food for my kids
I booked this hotel for the pool for my kids to use and to my surprise it was not available. I did not see anywhere indicating that the pool was closed otherwise I would have booked at another hotel. The shower was out f conditioner and had no do not disturb signs (little things but things I do use especially the door sign).
