Very clean, employees very happy to help.
The only thing that was bad, was we could not find the hotel. We had to call to find the hotel. It was tucked up behind the Hampton Inn. Had to take the road before the hotel to get to the hotel.

Lourd was the night guest services associate. He was very kind, professional and took care of all of us guest who arrived late due to flight delays. Outside of the issues we had the stay was fair.
The overall breakfast wasn't great. The omelette station was disgusting and the bacon wasn't cooked all the way. The staff in the breakfast was quite rude and talked amongst themselves instead of serving the guest. The phone in our room didn't work and housekeeping "accidentally" gave us one dirty towel when our room was turned over.
