Чистый номер, мягкая кровать , диван немного продавлен. Завтрак разнообразный, кофе и чай доступны 24/7. Вода в бассейне без подогрева, джакузи с тёплой водой.

May stay wasn’t positive

The location was great. The amenities were nice along with the staff.

They charge for parking. There were loud kids in the room next to me so it was very hard to rest the first night. The second day people got fighting in the breakfast area and police were called.

Bad experience, wouldn't recommend

The staff at the front desk was rude. They didn't have any hospitality to treat their customers. The wifi didn't work for any of the days. They gave us double bed room when we booked for king bed. They argued for that and didn't agree to change the room. The exhaust in the washroom wasn't working. Hot pool wasn't working too.

Great affordable hotel 🛏️ with everything a hotel supposed to have loved my stay

The Breakfast was delicious 😋 eggs Potatoes with meat in it had some cold Cranberry juice I also enjoyed the Blue Berry muffins great delicious Breakfast

Everything was great all this hotel 🏨 from the high definition television 📺 hanging on the wall 🧱 in my hotel 🛏️ room the swimming pool was great got a chance to go swimming breakfast was delicious and great this hotel 🏨 exceeded my expectations everything was lovely can't wait to stay again

Great location

Nice spacious room. Nice breakfast & nice staff. Great location. Easy walk to restaurants.

The shower & bathtub were confusing. There was two shower heads & only one knob. I couldn’t figure out how to get just the tub faucet to work. It wasn’t until our second night did I figure out how to get everything to work. The hot tub was down our whole visit. That was a bummer. The pool was nice for the kids, but I couldn’t enjoy the hot tub.

Besides the issues listed above, very nice stay at a great location.

The staff was very nice. The Pure rooms were clean and smelled good besides the old carpet. Breakfast area was very clean and well staffed.

Our first room had no hot water in the shower. Had to change rooms. Hot tub was one of the reasons why I chose this location, and it was broken.

Great location close to airport with easy hotel shuttle back and forth. Spacious clean rooms

Breakfast was a tad higher end than most. Room size was great. Felt like a mini studio apartment!

Exceptional

The staff was excellent. The front desk man was Pedro Reyes. He was very quick, professional and always greeted us with a hello Mr. Wright. He takes pride in his work. All the staff was great and helpful. Pedro stood out among them. He did a great job of checking in and out groups of people in a timely manner. Always smiling and asking them is all okay. Keep this employee, even if you have to handcuff him and pay him more.

Nothing. All was good. We are going to continue to book more reservations with Spring hill Suites interest future.

Overall the stay was just ok.

The breakfast was good and the shuttle drivers were nice.

The first front desk person I had was not friendly. She wouldn't call the shuttle driver when I was one minute away from the stop. I had to call her back to get the shuttle. When I got to the hotel. I was assigned a room that ended up being on a maintenance hold and there was no light in the part of the bathroom with the shower and toilet. The front desk person then gave me another room but it was not the room I originally booked. I ended up with 2 queen beds. Additionally the room temperature was not stable and it was very very humid in the room.

The staff make the stay really comfortable. Gym and pool are good facilities. Breakfast was okay.

The staff were just amazing, they made the stay so comfortable.

There was one lady who was extremely rude to us, and started shouting at us because we asked her why the fire alarms went off two days in a row. She started yelling at us, and was extremely disrespectful.
