I like the fact that during my stay, I hardly heard the neighbors. It was peaceful. Also, the room was spacious.
The parking lot is too dimly lit. As I drove through the area each evening, I noticed that other hotel properties were very well lit. This made me question the dim lights at Sonesta, especially since the property is mostly surrounded by woods.

The location, the staff always, the room style and the comfortable mattresses.
I really like the hotel, but this is the second time that hair was in the bed, sink, and on the floors. I always change the sheets with my own and clean up. The cleaning staff has to do better. This makes me believe that the sheets aren't changed. Sonesta, you have to do better.
