WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! IF I WASNT FLYING OUT OF BWI EARLY THE NEXT MORNING WE WOULD HAVE LEFT AND NOT S

This is what I sent corporate ! I still haven’t got my money back ! If I could give your establishment zero stars I would. We didn’t have a functioning toilet in the room , we had to walk across the hall to use my parents bathroom, which by the end of the trip wasn’t working as well. My husband is a plumber and your facilities plumbing is awful. Our bathroom door never closed , every time the kids needed to shower or us adults, the door wouldn’t shut, it opened completely - which gave us NO privacy. You guys charged us 150$ for “damage” for the bloody sheets YOUR HOTEL PROVIDED. we never once complained about having to walk OUT OF OUR ROOM TO USE ANOTHER BATHROOM, OR THE NASTY SHEETS, WE USED OUR OWN BLANKETS WE BROGHT FOR THE KIDS! We gave you a heads up that you need to get a plumber to look at your bathrooms! And In turn for us being KIND and NOT complaining you hit us with an UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE FOR DAMAGE WE DIDN'T DO! check your books, the receptionist notated it when we left for maintenance to check out ! We let the front desk know about your toilet, KINDLY. Next , let’s talk the pool. We arrived and it was closed , the front desk let us know it would be open later in the afternoon due to cleaning. When we went in there was old nasty food all over the seats , MULTIPLE false eyelashes from other patrons on the table. Not ONCE did we complain about the establishment. I CLEANED UP THE POOL SO OUR CHILDREN COULD SIT AND EAT IN A CLEAN AREA! the bathroom in the pool was backed up as well, along with not being clean! When we saw this atrocious “ room damage fee “ and called the front desk, the man we spoke with WOULDN'T LET US TALK TO A MANAGER , AND THEN THEY HUNG UP ON US ! if I could write a bad review on you guys I would ! But it shows enough online …. with your one star reviews …. How nice your establishment really is - it’s funny you guys turned off the comments on your reviews online. I want my money back !

Overall, it was o-k-ay for a one night stay before flying out.

Great area and the hotel looked luxury-esk.

The room wasn’t completely clean. Sheets had hair and other stuff. I didn’t sleep under the covers.

A noisy, misleading long-turned-short stay

The location was great. The shuttle driver was pleasant.

The property has some flooding. There was only floor open. The hotel was a ghost town. There were garbage receptacles everywhere to catch the water. I woke up to an excessive amount of drilling and banging right next door from the repair work that I was never told about at check-in. My three day stay turned into an overnight stay because i was there to relax and couldn’t due to all the noise. The manager actually lied and said they was no flood but they were doing renovations which I found interesting.

Bad stay at aloft by bwi airport

Staff was very nice and accommodating but my son's car was vandalized driving ers window busted out and all 4 tires and rims were stolen and car was left on blocks. Property had no cameras outside and zero security.

Falling out with Hilton

Paying over 250.00for one night and not get my security deposit sent back to me . This isn't the first time that this has happened..I love the Hilton but there may not be a next time for me !!.. not returning a security deposit more than once is bad business.

We will be using a different hotel in the same area next time.

The location is near the airport, but there are several hotels that are just as close.

The facility is not well maintained. Room was dirty and in need of a severe update, sheets had stains, paint chipping, broken furniture and the front desk staff acted as though we were bothering him when we checked in.

Good place by the airport

Bed was very comfy, and the layout of the room was very airy. Staff were friendly, and the airport shuttle worked well.

The bathroom (shower area) could have been a bit better lit.

They over sale and leave you with no place to stay

It was a nice hotel.

I was charged double once from the app I booked with and once at the property and have been trying to get this issues solved for a month now and still have not heard back or got a refund. This has been a terrible experience and I will be notifying everyone I know about this experience and recommending they take their business elsewhere.
