Convenient location was a plus but my favorite part was the front desk staff who were truly outstanding representatives of the Marriott brand.
Towels in the bathroom, coffee only 1 reg and 1 decaf.

Close to the airport and also to the light rail station (hotel shuttle was available to get you there). Rooms were spacious and comfortable, as were the beds. The buffet breakfast (included in our rate) was decent, and the cooked to order omelettes were excellent.
The bar staff and evening restaurant staff were appalling, and that is being kind. Many people simply gave up (including us) and resorted to the overpriced snack options in the lobby (a bag of chips, fruit gummies and a soft drink, and that was dinner :-( sadly). The staff basically ignored everyone. We would ask a passing staff member if we could order dinner and he just kept passing by, numerous times then cleared some tables then disappeared. The lone bar person served drinks to those sitting at the bar only, and ignored the people standing behind and waiting to get a drink (or try and order food) completely. But they had plenty of time to bi*ch about some things or someone, without any regard for who was listening (ie paying guests).
