The customer service and value were exceptional. Greg at ASA is an incredible host. He personally called me to clarify my reservation and guarantee my accommodation. He personally greeted me with a warm and friendly smile and made my stay exceptional.

Everyone was friendly. Quiet area. Close to different types of stores.
Needed some repairs done in the room but good for the most part. The couch was very small and uncomfortable.

It was comfortable
Still trying to solve a reservation issue, called the manager numerous times and my issue with being reimbursed for one day is still being ignored. This is frustrating to me and booking.com needs to assist
