This hotel was easy to find and very close to both downtown Ames and Iowa State University. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Rooms are a bit dated and small. They are not soundproof. Very close to the road.

Temperature control poor; sheets were frayed, pillows poor, bed too soft/ worn out, needs updating
