Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice comfortable room. Bedroom cooled well.
Doors need some work as they were tough to open and close. The elevator is really slow and some of the carts very noisy.

I originally booked a room with a jacuzzi tub, there was an issue with the room I noticed upon entering the room, went back to the front desk to let them know. I was told they would upgrade my room with no hesitation and immediately given a different room with an apology for the issue. They were friendly and professional and the new room was in great shape with no issues. Problems are a part of any business but a swift and courteous resolution is becoming a bit more rare than it should be. The staff here was great and the stay was pleasant. Breakfast was good by hotel standards including real (not powdered) eggs and biscuits and gravy! I will stay here again when in town

Breakfast was minimal. Slow service and hot dishes always empty. Just wanted eggs and fruit and toast. Hard to get. Light on phone kept blinking. Asked twice to stop it and person said we can’t ..just unplug the phone so we did. Room was clean though and beds comfortable - that gets an A.
