Location was very pretty. Pool was perfect. The male manager who signed us in was extremely nice and accomodating. I also stated the pillows were the best and asked where they got them. No repsonse.
The shower would only stream cold water. No matter how long It was on and I tried multiple times to get it on hot water. Took shower in cold water. I went to the front desk and explained to woman at desk that my shower was only cold water. Her response was no one else complained about the water. Did that mean I was making it up my water was not cold? She stated she have a maintenance man check it out. I was already checking out. so for me it wouldnt amtter but next guest it would.

The location is excellent—convenient for buying essentials, dining out, and enjoying both indoor and outdoor activities. It is close to beaches and lagoons suitable for swimming (if you have a car) and offers great views.
If you prefer to cook for yourself, you only have a microwave at your disposal.

We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable the Cove was. We loved the location, walking distance to many resturants and took advantage of the outdoor seating to enjoy the view.
The beds were a little soft for my liking.

Friendly staff, nice view, room was clean
Room is old with few updates probably in decades. The bed was old squeaky and very uncomfortable no outlets, poor lighting , a toilet that ran.
