La habitación excelente, el servicio estupendo y el personal inmejorable.
El desayuno es horrible. De hecho, elegimos este hotel porque nos incluía el desayuno, pero la verdad es que es mejorable en un 100%. Todos los días la misma oferta, poca variedad de productos, no tienen oferta para alergias alimentarias, poco nutritiva y balanceada, y de los 11 días de estancia pusieron la misma carne de hamburguesa o pollo empanado como una proteína de desayuno, los huevos fritos congelados, papas fritas... La chica de cocina maravillosa y reponía el género, pero quien planifica el menú, la verdad es que debería revisar la oferta y la rueda de menú.

The rooms were huge and clean. Beds were comfortable.
The bathroom door was kind of noisy and the drain was slow.

The staff were super helpful. I left my phone in the breakfast area. I was in a bit of a panic when I returned and could not find it. The staff looked all over for me and finally discovered that it had fallen onto chair. I was so appreciative of their diligence. This was a super location for visiting Lowell National Park. The hotel is right off the highway, so it was only a 15 minute drive.
The elevator was having some issues. But the staff was always very helpful. They would come and get it going again. And they said the issue was in the process of being addressed.
