This hotel is very nicely located a short walk to ocean ave and the Santa Monica Pier. Perfect location with lots of choices to dine. The hotel is older but very clean.

Great location, nice room: comfortable and spacious and lovely staff..
Unfortunately you could here everything form the people directly above us (stomping/noise that woke us up very early in the morning).

Worth to book for the location only, close to the beach and many nice restaurants and central boulevard.
Very old and outdated room, windows have zero isolation so you hear everything from the street and its busy street there. AC is super old and noisy and no proper control for the temperature, cooling more than supposed to. It’s good only for one or two nights stay, wouldn’t stay longer there as you cannot have proper rest if hot outside and noisy
