The front desk receptionist Waseemah was very kind and professional. Room was booked at last minute could not make the drive to SC that night. I asked for a 1st floor room for my parents. They could no way possible do the stairs
The room reserved the lock would not work. She apologized on several occasion and gave them another room. I mentioned to her it was not her fault. My parents were accommodated and had a good night's sleep.
I didn't know that there were no elevators

Location, staff was exceptional.
It doesn’t have an elevator. They sheets could be newer without stains on them.

Bed was comfortable.
No elevator. Grounds were filthy with cigarette butts everywhere. Breakfast was minimal.
