Exceptional

The Gentlemen working the front desk with the bass pro-shop was awesome. We had two separate issues with our room and he handle all of our concerns in a fantastic manner.

Disappointing

The person who checked me in was really nice, the rest of the staff not so much. It had a really bad smell.

The facility had a bad smell, also it was very sketchy guest there. On my last night, I woke up at 2-4am with guest arguing and fighting in the hallway. Very ghetto

Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Breakfast could have been better with choices Bed was way to hard For 6 hours a group of people hung out right outside the entrance and got drunk.

I was told at check out I wasn’t suppose to leave my dog in the room alone. I feel like that’s something they should go over when checking in.

Very good

I like the size of the rooms

Could have been a little cleaner. The comforter was dirty looking. Cheap patch work in the bathroom could have been a little better.

Very poor

No one was there at the desk for checking. I had to go hunt someone down. There was never a person at the front desk. Just a sign to call a number and that number rang the front desk and no one answered it. Bathroom tub was dirty and towels were gray. Thre was old stains on the sheets. Breakfast was next to nill. I've stayed at other Super 8's but this was by front the worst. Sorry, it needs help.

It was Very uncomfortable, felt like we had no privacy so we didn’t even stay in the room.

There’s no privacy on first floor. My and my girlfriend noticed and wanted a different room that’s on a higher floor but, the person at the counter said there was no room available in the whole hotel even though it showed available rooms online. I even told them I would pay more to change rooms and still got denied. The curtains that cover the window are thin and see through so parked cars with their lights on seen the whole bedroom easily.

Second Stay. Won’t be back.

the toilet didn’t flush and we repeatedly told the staff. they never offered another room and stated the maintenance person was out due to illness/injury for several weeks.

Exceptional

It was quiet and peaceful. Also, it was convenient to most stores in the area. Friendly staff members.

I did not like that there was no syrup for the waffles, but breakfast was good overall.
