The main problem is the lack of good maintenance in and out of premises.

The staff.

Not clean, bugs in room, pet areas dirty, trash on floor. I won’t stay again.

The staff and availability

It was a man who was obviously mentally disturbed who stalked and harassed me and my children the entire time we were at the pool. He approached me in regards to my jewelry and when I ignored him he continued to pace back and forth the entire time until I had to take my children and leave and go to the front desk and complain. We returned to our room and the desk clerk called the room to apologize and said she had spoken with the other occupant who she reported lived at the hotel. I asked the desk clerk was it OK to return to the pool and she assured me it was safe to return to the pool. Upon me and my family returning to the pool the same man was there pacing back and forth as before. To make a long story short my stay here was ruined because me and my children felt threatened and did not enjoy our 4th of July vacation due to their occupant.

worst stay ever

No TV. bed was uncomfortable, and the room smelled. I specifically put in the “accommodation notes” that the room was for the bride to be and to make sure the room was in perfect shape. But as I checked in that’s when they told me the only room left was with out a TV! Horrible night before my wedding.

unpleasant and waste of money.

Staff were excellent, professional and courteous, especially Sonya she went out of her way to make our stay a pleasant one. Location was a plus, centered around a lot of amenities.

The room was not clean, trash under the furniture, dust and dead bugs on the refrigerator, the room and hallway had an unpleasant odor, like someone smoked previously. The room had multiple roaches and the beds are very hard.

You get what you pay for

the staff was friendly

The whole place reeked of pot. When we pulled out the couch/bed the mattress (which we had to move furniture to do) was unmade, stained, lumpy and wouldn’t even lay flat or even. Had to go to front desk for bedding and make the bed up myself.

The only thing I would complain about was no fan in the bathroom and the water had an odor.... dirty smell

Our state was very disappointing and it was very stressful to be in that room

Friendly staff

The room was filthy from the bathroom to the pull-out bed. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room and it smelled like cigarette smoke. We were moved to another room which was cleaner but still smelled of cigarette smoke. We were also told by our son that their room also was not the cleanest that they had ever stayed in.

Better than being in street or sleeping in your car.

Building appeared really nice outside so I was hopeful. Pet friendly. Seemed like a safe location. Front desk lady was nice.

It reeked of cigarette smoke all over which is funny because they threaten to charge you if you get caught smoking. We don’t smoke and found the odor horrendous. Found two or three dead roaches in the bathroom floor. Found a used bandaid on top of the shower wall and pubic hair inside the pullout couch.

Very disappointed.

The front desk clerk was extremely nice and accommodating. Lobby was clean appearing

Immediately upon entering the smell of marijuana was present. I overlooked this, thinking it I could have been mistaken. My daughters room was dingy looking with no toiletries, soap, nothing. And there was partially chewed gum in the vent of the AC unit. Our room looked like it had only partially been cleaned, stains on kitchen floor area. Lampshade bent as if knocked over several times. However, what was worse was the overpowering odor of marijuana that permeated our floor. We did not feel safe and with the appearance of the rooms, decided we needed to relocate
