The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pillows were soft and plentiful.
The beds were very firm, which could be a benefit for some, but quite uncomfortable for people with arthritis. The toilet paper holders were coming off the wall.

The location was convenient for where we were going. The room was clean.
This hotel primarily caters to workers traveling to the area for work (construction, etc.) and therefore does not seem to care about the interests of its other guests. For the price charged, this was really disappointing. We were told that getting to our room was easiest from a side door, but there was no sidewalk access, cars parked tightly all around it, and a telephone pole sat in the middle of it, so getting the luggage trolley past it was difficult. The room was clean but very worn. The air conditioner fan made a lot of noise, and the bed mattress was very broken down.

The breakfast was terrible. Ready made food that tasted like cardboard. The manager did discount the price after I complained about the bathroom.
Bathroom. Fan made a horrible noise. Bathtub didn't drain properly. Water temp varied from too hot to too cold after it was set on its own.
