Our stay was perfect for a family espesially with littles, the staff was amazing and very helpful/accomadating. The rooms were a perfect size nothing crazy big but was comfortable for our family of four, the room was very clean. The hotel looked like it had gotten some remodeling done in the past year. The kids loved the pool it was nice and spacious. The continetal breakfast though was our favorite part, tons of options! The location of the hotel was in a nice semi private lot with near by food options. Overall we would definetly come back and stay, 10/10 recomend!
Only thing I would say would be a few more bigger towels in the bathrooms.

Theo at the front desk was very helpful getting me the room I needed.
Good 1/2 way stop to family in Washington.

The very best thing about this facility was the front desk employees. The fellow with the long dark hair was warm, welcoming and seemed genuinely interested in me and my needs. The woman with the short dark hair was cheerful, pleasant and accommodating. I had one issue during my stay and she addressed it right away. My room and the common areas were very clean. Breakfast had eggs, potatoes, and sausage, waffles, packet oatmeal, 2 kinds of cereal and bread and bagels to toast. There were muffins and some green apples, juices, milk, coffee and tea. Easy access from the freeway.
I was very satisfied with this hotel. I didn't give it a ten because that is ranked exceptional and this can't be compared with that kind of hotel but I have no complaints.

Clean comfortable rooms, well kept and nicely prepared
The breakfast was sub-standard and really bare bones. On top of that when I went in at 8:30 there were no eggs and no meat at all. The eggs showed up 10+ minutes later and the sausage or whatever it was showed up another 5-10 minutes after that. I told the desk staff and they said someone was working on it and then said "you're welcome" in a very rude & snarky way. The selections were the barest minimum and prepared with no care at all. Just dumped out. Very unappetizing. The bacon served the day before was terrible. No potatoes. Breakfast room cleanliness wasn't great either. I've eaten in many hotels like this and understand this is the "universal breakfast" but this version was very poor and running out of food at 8:30 on a Sunday is inexcusable. You have one job for breakfast...do better.
