Un Descanso pero sin poder lograrlo.

La cercanía al aeropuerto.

Al llegar mi familia y yo al hospedaje estaba lloviendo...no encontré un lugar óptimo para no mojarnos con la lluvia, al bajar equipaje e ir al counter de servicio, y a las habitaciones...No tenían disponibilidad de café y picadera cuando llegamos, necesitábamos algo caliente al llegar. Hubo una confusión en la reservación...( pero la empleada trató de resolver su error... aunque nos entregó una llave de cuarto incorrecta...y nosotros intercambiamos las habitaciones correspondientes. Hacía mucho viento, lluvia , frío y prácticamente nos mojamos entrando a las habitaciones)...La habitación no está apta para evitar el sonido exterior. Muy ruidoso, casi no dormí. Se escuchan toda clase de ruidos de los aviones, carros, ambulancias, personas en los pasillos, tirando las puertas de los cuartos, etc.deben mejorar en ese aspecto, para lograr un buen descanso.

A place if you need to stay the night on the cheap. Decently clean and minimal

cheap and close to nearby venues, gates require keycards for an extra layer of security, enclosed parking

Sketchy payment process but good rooms

Room was big and modern, nice bathroom with toiletries

Check in was time consuming and annoying policies. You have to present the same card as used on booking.com and if it’s not a physical card, they make a fuss. They said they’ll cancel my initial payment and put it on other card but I have doubts, seems sketchy

Clean, quiet and overall a good value.

The rooms were very clean including the air conditioner filters and very quiet. Walking distance to the concert venue.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible.

Slept here for 6 hours before a flight. Was good for the purpose but not somewhere you would want to stay for an extende

Easy access to lax

Was not in the safest neighborhood, facilities seemed clean but definitely not updated and there was no additional locks on the door for safety. Parking is $10

Simple clean hotel room near airport

The location is close to the airport, a few miles down Century Blvd. There are restaurants nearby and across the street there is a plaza. The room was spacious and comfortable. They have an ice machine and the Wi-fi is pretty good. They also have a free water dispenser in the lobby for guests.

The bathtub faucet was a bit hard to turn on.

OVERALL IT WAS GOOD, MY PROBLEM IS THAT SOMEONE HIT MY CAR IN THE PARKING LOT THE SAME DAY I ARRIVED? I SPOKE TO THE YOUNG MAN AT THE WINDOW, HE TOLD ME TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER IN THE MORNING!!! I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER BEFORE I CHECKED OUT AND I WAS TOLD MANAGER WASN'T IN, BUT TO EMAIL THE FACILITY!! REALLY?!?!? I'M NOT AN EMAIL PERSON, BECAUSE I RATHER SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN PERSON ... THANK YOU 🙏

That there was NO manager on property to deal with regarding my car getting hit, in the parking lot. Survey should also have Questions regarding parking,?

Absolutely nothing!

You charged me a security deposit without giving me an opportunity to discuss if I wanted to pay it. After I booked the room, a room an hour or two later I received an email explaining I would have to pay a security deposit and parking, knowing full ware that I could not cancel the reservation per the one night stay agreement. I have yet to receive my deposit back. The disclaimer said I may not receive it until 2 to 5 days later, depending on my bank. Highway robbery, I feel abused.

Better chose safety not cheaper hotel.

We only use this hotel for 6 hours before early flight. Good price.

Hotel administrator was not very positive. Maybe tired. Didn’t like other guest reviews regarding hotel safety and stolen car. Hotel really is available to anyone, security feeling - 0. Unsafety felling. Not very clean. Table was sticky.

The room was fantastically clean. Very comfortable, & good value. The staff were friendly & the coffee was lovely. 🙂

A kettle in the room would have been nice, but it wasn't a major issue.
