The front desk staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They let me leave my luggage’s after checking out and help me to mail my postcards. The shuttle to the airport is perfect. The shuttle driver is really nice and helpful.

The staff was great! Efficient, but kind and fun. The Front Desk is the face of the hotel and Courtney was an excellent representative.
The pictures seem to show a swimming pool, but there wasn't a pool.

Clean and easy to find
No coffee served in the bar/restaurant in the evening. Bar was closed until 5pm. Also had a cockroach in our bathroom, which the staff disposed of quickly.

Location close to airport
Air-conditioned was like a freight train Really deplorable so hardly slept a wink all the night Others complained about this also really need to fix this so backward for a country like USA
