Pulled up and immediately hit with a 68 dollar parking fee. Just build in into the price of the room. Had to change my keys 3 times because they didnt open the door. The Man that checked me in was great. Give him a raise. Forgot my phone charging cord. They do not offer one to use. They told me the gift shop has them 40 dollars for a cord that got my phone to 15% after 2 hours.

Very good location near the airport. Airport shuttle is available and does not wait long before it leaves to and from the airport. The lobby is clean and spacious. The bar and restaurant serves very good food too.

Amazing service! This is probably the first Westin location where the service desk was not offended to do their job and seemed to like their job and helping people. As far as amenities, you get the usual Westin comfort which does not disappoint. Kudos to the staff and the management team.

First, when you walk in it is a very beautiful and clean hotel. The front desk lady was very polite and professional. The concierge service offered all of the services and amenities in the area. The king size room was a large the bed was very comfortable and extremely clean. I would recommend this hotel a 10 out of 10 and will be staying there again.

The Westin doesn’t advertise that it’s a “feather free” hotel. I don’t like foam pillows so that was unfortunate to learn upon check in. Also the toilet emitted a sulphur odor. And if u have to get up in the night to use the bathroom the light comes on making sure you are wide awake. And the door shuts automatically behind you. You can’t prop it open. Other than that the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and well appointed.

In a word - “dump”. The hotel is a very old building on a freeway with single glazed windows, opposite a construction site. DO NOT STAY HERE! Here’s the funny bit - the stopped room service for COVID and two years later, still no room service. Horrifying.

I wish I knew the pool was closed because I would've stayed somewhere else. When it comes to the room it was okay. I had two beds instead of the 1 king bed requested. I didn't like the swing on the bathroom door. The door couldn't stay open so it shut every single time.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice large TV. Mold on shower grout, empty body wash in shower. Lights turned off while taking a shower! Crazy, since I was moving but behind shower glass doors! Didn’t go back on until I opened the shower door! Could have been a disaster. Please adjust your light senors!

The hotel has decent infrastructure, rooms were clean and confortable enough for the price, nothing that would set the Westin apart from the 20 other big brand hotels near LAX. My problem is with the service we received. I booked a room for 2 for a one night stay connecting to another place, LA was the meeting point for myself and my 81 year old mother who needs a walker. My mother arrived in a plane 2 hours before mine and I wanted her to have access to the room, so I called the hotel. They denied my request because I had booked using hotels.com, they literally made an elderly woman wait in the lobby for 3 hours, beyond cruel, then they gave us a room that was in the 7th floor and needed a long walk, they went out of their way to make my mother's stay harder. In addition to that they charge for room web access (really?) and the airport shuttle took 45 minutes. Never again, there better options near by with much nicer customer service.

This was a wonderful hotel with the exception of the smell. The whole main floor smelled like they kept spraying perfume all over it. While I can see how it might appeal to some, i suffer from migraines. It really triggered them and made my vacation less than perfect. I stayed there for a full week and unfortunately could not avoid the lobby to get to my room. Thankfully the hallways and room didn’t smell like that.

The room we had was on the 8th floor. We had stayed up late and were woken up at 6:30 in the morning by several dogs barking. The hotel is right next to a dog rescue facility. We were unable to go back to sleep.
