Jessica was amazing She is so awesome I come from. Reno Nevada to visit a friend And I hadn’t stayed at this motel 6 in months But she remembered me from last time I had stayed there it felt so good to recognize and welcomed I will always remember her smile Thank you motel 6 the great people like her

Room was clean, smelled fine. I was a little concerned of the area being a little rough. Security guards in the hotel at all times though. It’s a gated facility. Some vending machines with food options (salads, sandwiches, etc) as well as soda. Coffe available in the lobby in the morning

We thought for just spending the night to catch a flight out this would be fine. Hotel pictures are misleading, property is not in good condition. Tons of security in a very seedy area. The hallway to our room smelled heavily of cigarettes. The beds were terrible whole place looked bad. An hour and a half into our stay loud knocking was heard throughout the hall and then our room. Security alerted us to an emergency evacuation and we had to leave our rooms immediately with no timetable given to return. In lobby 10-12 police officers. We decided to leave.

Better than most Motel 6 you'll ever stay at and a short shuttle ride to LAX. The only parking is pay parking priced at $16.50/day. I'm unsure if you get in and out privileges as homie wasn't going to play those games. You only get 15 minutes of free parking which means they'll probably nick you at least once for the $6 that you get charged for being there beyond the first 15 minutes. Even just pulling in to check in at the front desk requires you to use their parking lot. That's pretty sad. I decided not to play their parking lot games and turned our rental car in early. Then had the rental car folks drop us off at LAX to catch the hotel's shuttle (look for the red barriers that identify the specially marked hotel pick up zones) for a ride back to the hotel. Across the street from the hotel is a small strip mall with a couple of places to eat (Pollo Loco, etc). Hotel's free shuttle runs to LAX every hour on the hour starting at 5 am and ending at 10PM. Condition of the hotel is better than almost any other Motel 6 I've visited. I'm pretty sure this was not originally built as a Motel 6 as it is 9 stories tall. Beyond the issue with parking, it is decent place. It has a security guard at the front door. It is located 1.5 miles from LAX's Hertz/Budget airport car rental return.

A great motel, we stay there many times flying from Australia to LAX & then connect to other destinations, We stay there again on our way back to Sydney. Been there 7 times. My wife and II stayed 1 to 3 nights, depending on needs. We love Motel 6 & great for short or medium stay. We love the staff, especially Jess! We will be back in a few weeks, see you guys soon!! This was not the best nor the worst accommodations. Very very basic and economical. Customer service was great. I mean exceptional. I was upset to hear the free airport shuttle begins daily at 5 am so if you need to get to the airport before then forget it. Uber/lyft/ taxi is the only way. I spent 13 hours at the hotel and it served its purpose. If I needed more than 24 hrs I would not stay. Not because of service but accommodations

It is located right by 2 highways and we could not sleep because of traffic noise all night... Very disappointed. Ask for windows facing the parking lot if you book with them. Wish I knew.

If you need to save some money near the airport and have a ok bed to sleep on this is a good option. My room did not smell like smoke. The other plus is they take dogs but close the dog area at 7pm for some reason and security guy got mad at me for walking on the grass with my dog. There is a constant humming of cars.

Front desk horrible customer service, except for one (young male w/dark hair) and housekeeping staff. Very rude, disrespectful & arrogant demeanors otherwise. Security staff as well. Something in the air there. I paid for weeks plus parking upfront and was subsequently told I hadn’t paid for parking. Harassment plus profiling. Reflection of Management? As a manager myself, I can tell it is embedded. Low-end motel to medium-end motel, but low-end treatment toward customers. Doubt I’ll be staying there again or recommending. Business Customers or tourists have enough stress without having to worry about being disrespected by staff who aren’t used to being in those mediocre positions and think they have the right to act any kind of way.

Spacious and comfortable room only a few minutes drive from the airport. Free shuttle bus took quite a while to arrive, but still convenient and helpful staff. I would stay again

The staff were mean and heartless. Was in transit so booked a room so I could get 5 hrs sleep. I already paid for my room, but needed a credit card for deposit. My Canadian card wouldn’t work, they wouldn’t take my mom’s card over the phone and refused my cash and simply didn’t care! Also made sure I knew there would NOT be a refund! Will never book there again; hopefully after reading this you won’t either

Hotel was a good location, a quick 15 minute drive from the beach. Amazing price at $90/night. They don’t have shampoo or conditioner bottles, only little packets, like a ketchup packet that you get through fast food. Had good water pressure, everything was real nice. You do have to pay for $17 parking, which they didn’t tell me at first. The parking lot is partially gated so it’s a little more secure. Stayed here for 2 nights, can’t complain at all about the price and with it being a quick 15 minute drive to the beach.

This is a great place to stay if you don't want to be far from LAX. A good overnight spot. It's clean and safe, but very much a no frills stay. (You don't get shampoo, for example.) It gets really busy in the lobby at night, but there's always security around so there's nothing to be worried about. Not somewhere I'd stay for the week, but a night or two is great.

Lots of deferred maintenance I’m in terrible shape. Tub was basically falling apart. Front desk staff seemed very disinterested

Did not stay police drugs and prostitues in lobby was to be refunded and also credit of $50 from Travelocity. Desk clerk had shuttle take us to Westin Said he understood. Hallway smelled like marijuana and room was horrible only a sheet on bed metal shelf as table and bathroom toilet was like a jail cell toilet and sink please send credit on futur Travelocity bookings asap.
