Dirty, not how it is shown on the website. Front door did not lock unless you lifted handle certain way and banged it. At 5am the truck yard outside was the hotel workers started working and yelling, honking horns and scraping metal. Felt like it was false advertisement..

The staff were helpful and did their best to accommodate us. The rooms were spacious; however, there were flies in one room. This was a good affordable choice. My only complaint is that there were so many loud neighbors during the late night. Not by music, but by loud screaming matches and banging on the doors. It did scare and keep up my family members.

this was a last minute stop with free parking a pool and free breakfast. walked to arbys for food and just enjoyed the simple updated clean and comfortable rooms. friendly great staff and quiet , close to freeway on ramp

the location is a bit sketchy feeling but the room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. the breakfast was lacking but then again, one can always go find breakfast. good for 1 night.

Been coming to this hotel whenever Im in the area for years now. I have always felt safe here,traveling as a single female, both personally as well as feeling my car is safe in the parking lot, and my belongings in my room. The office workers, and especially Tony have always made me feel welcome, and greet me with a smile even after i havent been here for a long time. The housekeepers are friendly, helpful and clean rooms appropriately. My most recent trip i arrived to find room upgrades in process, things are better here everytime i return, which is always a pleasant suprise. New mattress - they feel amazing, along with lots of pillows. Hard floors - no gross hotel carpet. Upgraded shower & bathroom. Clean working microwave & fridge & a flat screen TV. The ONLY "bad" thing i can day is there isnt alot of parking and the lot is small, but there is parking at both the restaurant in front, and ample free street parking on the side street near the driveway.

No hot water for showers. Theres some strange technique to get the water to run hot but this was never explained to us so the whole time we had cold showers.

My plane was delayed, and i called ahead to the hotel to tell them that i would be arriving late. Tony said that he noted it in the system. When i arrived, at midnight. i was told that Expedia had canceled my room. And they had called me several times. Both are lies. After calling over 20 hotels, I got one at 2 AM for $350 plus $51 parking. A total nightmare.

The workers were very friendly and really nice. Walking distance from Randy’s donuts, it does need some work because the bottom of the walls were broken, and the door trimming was incomplete.

While it is convenient on/off freeway, there is an Arby's next door, the area seems unsafe. We arrived super late and the were greeted kindly by staff member but our room was musty/smoke smelling. The property is a bit outdated but overall our room was clean and we slept comfortably. We didn't get a chance to try breakfast but it was available. To sum up, you get what you pay for.

AC didn’t work. Windows and doors open to “cool” the room when we arrived. Room was dirty and very outdated. This hotel/motel needs THOUSANDS of dollars in upgrades and repairs. Very small parking lot and breakfast is not worth mentioning.

The pool was closed our whole trip. Nothing on the website about pool closure. The hotel was old and in need of renovations stains on the walls. All night long people were slamming doors and yelling. There was a huge spider un the shower no telling how long it had been there. Worst hotel stay ever

The lady at the front desk was super nice. Unfortunately that's the only good I have to say about the place. Overall, it's a tiny hotel. Definitely not enough parking to accommodate all guest rooms. This place is crazy run down and the smell from all the rooms is terrible. The beds are hard and uncomfortable and the room with extra bed, kinda creepy. The bathrooms are tiny but the shower was decent. The surrounding area, yikes! It's honestly scary. I made the mistake of booking this hotel without reading the reviews. I really wish I had. We immediately made plans to move our family to a safer and nicer hotel.

Not good. I have to move My family in another hotel because of the room’s cleanliness overall. Seems like someone just had smoke pot inside the room. We have 4 & 8 years old kids. I booked the same day but unable to get a refund because of the front desk reason it’s more than 4pm though I booked it same day…

Staffs are really friendly. Room looks clean but smells weird, water heater for the shower is opposite hot/cold and takes awhile before it gets warm. We stay in a non smoking room, doesnt smell like smoke but definitely smells like pot..

Front desk lady said what do you expect when we went to complain about the condition of the property and room. We were given the wrong room to start, upon entering the room a musty dirty smell hits you. Blood stain on curtains. Holes in wall, chair was extremely stained, I didn’t even want to sit on it. Molding was missing from around the floor. Door looked like it’s got punched several times as well as certain areas of the walls. Very noisy as you could hear everything going on behind the building. We took several pictures to show this. I didn’t even want to sit anywhere in the room. Room had an odd second room with another bed, not sure what that was about. Do not stay here! Lady at front desk says checking out already? It’s not safe and is very disgusting. Do not book here ever.

Property needs repairs big time. AC and little fridge were so noisy. The room had a strong cigarette smell. Bathroom had mold and hairs on the shower, toilet seat was broken and the carpet was dirty. I would not book there again.

Didn’t feel very clean and the door to the deck was broken and wouldn’t close!! Was thankful to only have stayed a few hours before an early flight out of LAX.
