The landscape, the quaintness

The air conditioning was very loud in our room, the pillows were awful, they were too full , my neck and head couldn’t get support. Handicap ramp is need at the building where room 114/115 etc.

The property was beautiful and clean.

We had to pay for parking

- Comfortable beds - Was easy to find parking, and the parking spots are not super small like other hotels - Location was convenient - Overall it was pretty quiet

- Some issues from a facilities perspective, for instance, the way the shower is made, will cause water to go outside of the shower boundary in the bathroom, due to the shower curtain ending up behind the water barrier on the floor. Really unfortunate oversight from the building crew that the hotel did not correct either - Another problem were the sliding doors... maybe they look good but they are inconvenient, offer zero privacy and noise isolation. We got a suite because we wanted to have separate bedrooms, but the sliding doors made it just as bad as having a single room. Normal doors would have worked much better... - Electric blinds that do not work - Internet/Wifi did not work - Having to pay extra for parking when the room is already very/too expensive was not great
