Breakfast was good and the shower was good. Also the lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful

I enjoyed the night receptionist I had as she was very informative, welcoming and kind. The complementary coffee was a great touch, especially for my mother. I did not stay at the pool but it look really nice. The hotel room other than the roaches I found was really nice and organized. The beds and bathroom looked nice and it was cozy to sleep in, and the wifi was good even though we were at the back. The free breakfast was delicious and I was glad to see that it was opened really early as we had to leave by 6:30. Overall a pleasant stay.
I did find about two dead cockroaches in my hotel room, one near the trash can and the other in the closet, which was not something I would have wanted to see. The receptionist in the morning was also not present for a few minutes as he was in the back while I was in the lobby and I needed to drop off my key as we were on a time crunch.

We got to the hotel at 2am we drove 9 hours for a family Reunion. We'll that same day at 740/8am the house keeper knocked loud 3 times and I said NO ITS BUSY. She still decided to open the door I have small children and they were woken up.
Also the next night our neighbor in room 215 was very loud at around 1am there was loud talking laughing abs loud music
