Location, clean rooms, easy access to parking, staff was friendly, and the bed was comfortable
The only thing was there wad a kids baseball convention staying there and it was noisy even after 10. Suggestion is to book them all on the first floor so guests on the second and third floor can rest.

This was the perfect location, amenities and comfort for our family during this visit (funeral). Would have given 5 out of 5 stars, but 2 minor issues prevent me from giving a perfect score.
The king mattress needs to be replaced. It had a large bump in the middle and two wells on each side. The other minor issue was dirt marks all
on the walls and shower in the bathroom.
