The building worked very well as a base. The room was a decent size and didn’t really have that much noise from the neighbours. The bed was comfortable enough and the food was nice.
The bathroom door didn’t fully close, the extraction fan wasn’t working - if there was one - explaining the mould on the ceiling around the shower. The staff at the bar weren’t the best, as it felt like I needed to go from pillar to post, but the receptionist was lovely. The TV needed two remotes and was inconsistent, small things but considering the cost and brand I expected a little more. Whilst the room was a decent size, it had a bunch of dead space in the corner. Probably would be better and cheaper to get a different room slightly smaller.
