Disappointed and frustrated

Poor. Not only did I call front desk multiple times, & spoke to multiple people on different occasions, I wasn’t offered a suitable solution about two issues. The fridge did not work it spoiled my food, I booked the room for two nights therefor the fridge had plenty of time to be fixed and or cool however did not and wasn’t show attention at all when I brought it up. The second evening we had absolutely no tv. I called before booking the room again to resolve and told she would start the box over and it would take a fe minutes never saw any of the restarting process. I called three times prior to noon, left for our daily plans, upon returning the tv was worse called twice more told it was the heat however to wait when it’s cooler. It still at 10 pm was not improved. Turned off for night by Morning when I went to get breakfast my vehicle had been swiped by car who parked next to mine and I asked for the surveillance and was given attitude by desk clerk and told she wouldn’t call manager to do so. I was extremely disappointed and said this and she basically said oh well. I had planned on staying two more nights however took my next night at another establishment due to being so disappointed and not given a proper solution and or offered it at all

Winding staircase, size of rooms, breakfast provided, nice hot shower, kitchen nook with extra cabinet and drawer space/ microwave n fridge, safe, free wifi, pool/hot tub, nice size TV n cable

Employees are very helpful and respectful.

The power plug was over the faucet. Electrical was not safe!!: we had the microwave and coffee pot Electrical plugs drampted over the sink!

Would recommend this property for the excellent and comfortable room at reasonable cost.

clean. comfortable bed, quiet, nice little mini kitchen area, including a sink, easy parking, pleasant decor including small desk and chair with ottoman. Smelled fine and heater was quiet.

The advertised continental breakfast needs work! consisted of minuscule cinnamon buns (not replenished when ran out) bread, toaster waffles, frosted corn flakes, Raisin Bran and milk. While there was a toaster, there was no butter, jam or syrup. No fruit. The juice machine didn’t work. But I like Raisin Bran so I appreciated that part and our main reason for staying here was not the breakfast, but the reasonable price for the stay. Also a bit distasteful to find a long black hair in the bathtub when I have short grey hair and my husband has no hair!

it was a quick 1 night stay so it was nice and it was near our destination.

it was not complicated finding our rooms and it was very easy to get in and out with no issue.

Good stay, we liked the place, very well facilitated and comfy. Better skip breakfast, bad wifi.

The hotels in this environment are expensive so we took 1 room instead of 2, for a family of 5 people. The staff were amazing and entered an extra bed for the kid to a double queen-bed room. There is a warm pool and a cold pool outside. The room is well facilitated and clean, shower is fine, there is a little kitchen aid in the room so it's very nice.

Very bad wifi which disconnect you constantly, poor breakfast so better order the room without it. There are many options to eat outside or buy in the supermarket so don't worry about the breakfast. Rooms are great even without the breakfast.
