The location was excellent.

It was very loud. Understandably not the hotels fault per say but the room wasn't sound buffering at all. We were placed on the ground floor very near the pool and lobby so the noise was constant all hours of the day.

If you want customer service go somewhere else...

Came to the area for an event and knew this hotel was close to University and the event I was attending. The C-U area is also very familiar with this event and generally very friendly/accommodating!

Upon check-in (which was at/after the 3pm check-in time) I did not request a later check-out for the following day but I am a member of the rewards program which it was explained to me is a "perk" that I could request however I did not think it would be necessary. The following day about 2 hours before check-out we had an unexpected emergency when we were offsite -- so I called and requested 1 hour be added to our check-out time. The desk attendant and manager were both VERY RUDE and not at all accommodating-- could care less about an emergency-- and ended up giving us half an hour MAX after I told them we would not be back by 11am. When we did return, we were locked out of our room -- thankfully a very nice housekeeper let us in to retrieve our belongings and we then promptly gathered our things and checked out (5 minutes beyond our allotted extra 30 minutes). I will NEVER stay at this location again and will never recommend to any of my friends or family who live near the area and have frequent out of town guests.

Overall very good, except for the bartender's unreasonableness & disagreeable attitude!

The room was perfect for my husband & I, as well as for entertaining our small group of family who also came for graduation.

The bartender refused to give us wine glasses for the wine we had in our room. We've never had an issue from hotel bars anywhere else we've ever stayed.

Room smelled slinky. Located near elevators so it was noisy. Staff acted super stressed and unwelcoming.

good but not good enough for the cost

We liked the bed, pillows, linens, and the lobby floor and furniture was very clean.

I didn’t like the parking across the street. There were gnats in the restaurant and the breakfast was not very good or fresh. The bathroom in our room had hair in the shower and crumbs in the pull out couch. the pull out couch had no linens on it. For $450 per night, those things should have been better.

No slippers. staff are not nice. didn’t clean my room on the second day. breakfast too bad. I need to refill a orange juice, gave me a apple juice.

Great location, good staff, and OK housekeeping.

Great location. Breakfast was very good although extra charge, as expected. Most staff were pleasant and helpful.

Coffee in room was not replaced for the last day.

Even the breakfast and dinner is included in the booking, dinner is capped and there is no buffet for breakfast. Only limited option capped to $7 . Never seen like that

Location. Cleanliness. Most staff was nice, one was rude to my 3 teenage girls.

I will NEVER book with booking.com again. When I booked my 2 rooms I printed out the confirmation paperwork. It had everything that was included in my cost, including 2 breakfast vouchers for 7.99 each per room, meaning I had a total of 4. When I checked in the hotel told me that they didn't have any verification that I purchased breakfast vouchers. I showed them the paperwork thar I had printed and the hotel confirmed that I should have 4 breakfast vouchers and to call booking.com.. I called them and was on the phone for 90 minutes going back and forth with them. Horrible customer service. Will NEVER book through them. It gave the holiday inn a bad reputation as a third party.
