The location and the big size of the room.
I would like to raise a few concerns about my room.
The towels provided were not clean and had visible stains, so I had to purchase a towel to use instead.
Also, I could not find the TV remote. A member of staff kindly provided a replacement, but it does not have all the functions needed to operate the TV properly.
I would appreciate it if these issues could be resolved as soon as possible.
