I really enjoyed my stay there and the staff was very friendly, I definitely we'll stay there again and I will refer friends and family to this location.

There is nothing that I can think of that they can improve.

First of all I have no issues with the property it was the policy involved in it when it includes your own damn kids. Sorry but if I’m paying so much I could of gone somewhere else but it’s hard to pack and just go. I stayed in room 221 the couch itself it’s broken u open it up there’s a bed in there literally disgusting and full of dust. The floors there attracts dust and trash. I kept trash in a big bag kids are kids they drop food I didn’t trash the room it was full of crumbs dust etc . They didn’t clean the room yesterday didn’t sweep didn’t get clean towels so the floor was full of crumbs being stepped on. I have five children and I’m in a homeless situation to have a roof over there heads and I even asked to pay for double beds. They refused I’m sorry but they care only for the money not for the people or family involved. Yes I have five kids but literally I’m not gonna have my kids separated or being in a car homeless. I paid management sucks big time. Other hotels are family oriented and this one here is like no and not even a visitor can come visit which is bull. Never will I stay in this hotel again.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating when my key didn't work and gave me another room when the first one had issues with the lock. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the bed was very comfy. Room service was very friendly and checked my room every day to see if I needed anything. I also liked how the laundry room had a lock so only hotel people could get in.

The first room they gave me was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like smoke when I walked in. Luckily they did give me another room that smelled normal.
