As soon as I enter Katy from Austin, the hotel is right there! I love how easy it is for me to get there.
There is a smell of stuffiness within the room and property. It was still a pretty good stay!

The price. The hotel offered breakfast. It wasn't anything amazing but at least they offered breakfast. The room had a jacuzzi tub. It wasn't amazing, but it had a Jacuzzi.
Wet floor. No TV. The TV probably worked but the clerk on duty was not going to leave her post and walk down the hall to assist us. And she wasn't really worried about maybe the guests safety because somebody could have fallen for slipped on that wet floor. We could not get the remote control for the TV to work. And the jacuzzi tub in the picture is misleading. Don't put any big people in that tub. Because of Houston humidity, the wet floor was a constant battle mostly right in front of the bed where somebody who was sleeping on the far side of the bed could have gotten up at night in the dark and took a tumble. Luckily it did not happen. Lastly, very unfriendly morning clerk. Just like the night clerk. No personality and definitely no outgoing personality. There was no butter or cream cheese or anything for the limited number of bagels that they had. It has scrambled eggs only. You would think they would have some small sausages for small patties or bacon to go along with the breakfast. I will give one positive for the breakfast. They had salsa. But other than that, very disappointing for a hotel that looks so good on the outside
