Seem like it’s coming it was in bad condition and they are fixing it piece by piece

Clean and quite properly .. close to Energy corridor . Many good restaurants close by .
Old and not well maintained.. Bathroom tub was falling apart .

Tv wasn’t working and the shower heads weren’t working properly

The location
The long term residents were fighting loudly, only one elevator worked and the bathroom needed to be cleaned. The tv didn’t work in either room. Kids at front desk were not taught hospitality or were too worried about their phones to be helpful.
