Very easy to book at the last minute and very clean

There isn’t anything I didn’t like

Nice staff, clean room, easy to find location.

The A/C rattled so loudly, it was hard to sleep through the noise.

Fantastic location, great value, clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were helpful, the pool was lovely, and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend.

Although the hotel was very clean, it is a bit dated. The fitness room needs some attention because I couldn't get one of the machines to work. Also, the booking.com pictures show a laundry room for the guests. There is not. That was disappointing because we were planning on doing a wash.

Quiet between rooms; building set way back from busy roadway so that was quiet, too; temperature and humidity in building and in room was balanced and comfortable. Sheets and towels were clean; towels were not soft but were absorbent; room amenities were all there as advertised.

Carpeting was vacuumed but looked and felt dirty—same with lounge chair. TV channel system didn’t have one channel guide for all channels; impossible to leap to any channel—had to step through one-by-one; minor scratches and tears in furnishings (lamp shades, wall finishes, window bug screens, etc.) were not deal breakers but quality of stay diminishes with each discovery; continental breakfast had good range of food choices, however, eggs were fake to a degree and not hot; sausages were fatty and not hot; both sausages and eggs were contained in heated, covered bins but those were not kept to a hot temperature; had to figure out that hot water for oatmeal was located at the coffee machine in the lobby area and not in the dining area; fruit appeared fresh—oranges were but apples were not as they were found to be wrinkled and partially mushy. Fitness room was too small and didn’t have any weights not space to stretch or lift. Although I didn’t enter the pool, itself, the area appeared clean and orderly, but lacked any desire to stay and enjoy environment.
