The rooms with views are WAY overpriced for quality. View is great but balcony hard to access & very small. Not wor

No stair access from ground floor. Sliding door in room very hard to open. AC VERY loud.

Very comfortable bedroom with a wonderful view and friendly staff.

The hotel facilities and room were very clean. The staff at reception were very friendly and always greeted me or any other guest whenever we walked by. The hostess at breakfast was also very helpful and attentive. The beds were really comfortable and spacious. The gym was also very spacious and the windows with shades were great!

Breakfast was decent and could’ve been better. The gym felt a little too warm even before working out.

Staff is super friendly.

Location is excellent for walking to shops and restaurants. Great for pets to walk along too. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The Crabtree bath products smell so good.

That we only stayed 2 nights.

This place is a dump.

The staff was lovely.

You can't charge extra for a balcony with no furniture - someone had put an upside down trash can out there to sit on. The balcony door took two people to open and close. The living room furniture was severely lacking - a couch, a chair, and a sideboard w/ TV. The lighting was terrible throughout the suite. The shower went scalding hot, ice cold, scalding hot, ice cold, etc. every 20 seconds, the WHOLE TIME. The room entry door & frame was so bent/dented I could see the hallway from my room, with the door closed! The hallway was gross and smelled of paint. The mattresses were beyond "soft". Hilton pretty much decided people will come for the location & beautiful view, we're done.

This a nice Hilton, better than average. The staff was four star and I found the room quite clean.

The breakfast was very good! The waitstaff was superb.

At breakfast, at which we arrived 39 minutes before closing, there was about 1 cup of breakfast potatoes remaining and they weren’t replenished.

Good stay overall.

Room beginning to show wear and tear. One of our rooms was a suite with two queen beds, for four people, but only one sink. What were the designers thinking?

Relaxing and enjoyable.

Location was awesome, just a short walk to everywhere downtown and the balcony room was enjoyable with a nice view.

Room wasn’t ready on time took an hour longer but the staff was awesome and helpful.

Hospitality was really over-the-top. The people were very accommodating, and I would stay again.

I think the pricing should be a little bit more affordable, and I would like to see the and export completed to have some other options like we did before in the past

How close it was to downtown New Bern and the views of the water were great to wake up too!

it was a magical time and my husband and I commented it seemed like we were in a Hallmark Movie!

The view of the town, the friendliness of the community it was magical

Rooms were very nice and it was a prime location!

Front desk staff were very helpful in accommodating our group with rooms close to each other. Room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the marina. Location was perfect….just a short walk to downtown and convenient for a walk along the river and through the historic home area.

The food choices in the restaurant were limited and the dinners were not very good. Short ribs were very greasy and potatoes were cold. Chicken fingers were tiny. I realize hotel meals aren’t usually great, but these were really not very good, yet still pricey.

This place is in a great location. The view was awesome. The room was immaculate and the staff was just perfect. Really the best stay in the city.

Enjoyed our stay! The breakfast staff was fantastic making sure we had all we needed as far as food, utensils, etc.

Everything! Location is great over looking the water beautiful! Within walking distance to shops restaurants.

The staff was lovely, location was great. They helped us with everything we asked for. The grounds were well kept.
