Location, but Bishop isn’t so large that it was a problem.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location was good.
The popcorn ceiling was ugly & dated, and the questionable carpet, our friends room had LVP flooring & ants in their room. Staff spoke very little English and seemed to be tucked away in the office most of the time. No iron in room. Loud AC.

Two waffle machines, one broken, cold cereal, or yogurt.Not much to choose from.
A better breakfast. TV service was all analog, no Hi-def. I waited and so did other people at a different time in office. Maintenance people outside had to go into back office to find the manager.
