Laura - front desk is awesome! Outstanding customer service with a great smile!
Bed comfortable, fridge - microwave worked & AC good. Laura came to fix the TV remote. Toiletries, 2 rolls of TP & towels. We got another room since the outside door didn't lock. The second room was comfortable & the receptionist - she switched out the cable box with a remote (no TV remote). The new room was great!!
Room 120: no fire alarm & upon returning to the room - found out that the outside door didn't lock - horrifying thinking someone could've stolen our medical & stuff. Went to the front & the receptionist gave us another room.
