The location and villa are great.
The check in was horrible I had to drive a mile in traffic to check into my villa. Then I was told to wait until the room was ready.They said they would call . But they did. It . This is all at a different property.The Villas had no on site staff. Ridiculous.

We had a villa with view over the bay and pool. The pool was perfect. Beds were very comfortable and large. Lovely personnel.
The wifi was very poor and the kitchen was a little bit short of cutlery and plates. Cold water/ice from freezer was not working.

It was clean but showed age.
The furniture in the living area was very uncomfortable. Showed age. Beds were alright though. Showing age throughout
