OK for a short stay but price was way too high.

The unit was pretty clean and spacious. Linens were plentiful. Beds were comfortable. It was nice having two bedrooms.

Kitchen was not well stocked. It had the bare minimum. There were no hand towels and many of the utensils were old. The resort fee was way too high given that the villas are not in the main resort. You had to drive 1/2 mile to the resort. The Villa pool was really small.

Disappointed in customer service.

Location, boat slips.

Upon arrival front desk lady was short/rude, when entering villa it was run down looking with scratches and scrapes all over the doors and walls. There were several ants in the upstairs bedroom by balcony. Hot water didn’t work til we figured out it was backwards. When bringing these items up, Shannon in HR volunteered to refund the resort fees for three nights stay. I still have not received the refund after paying over $2000 to the property for three night stay with boat slip. I have called several times and they tell me a manager will call me back and no one ever does. This is very unprofessional. I waited four weeks for them to resolve issue before posting this review.

It’s was a lot of fun!

Loved the Location of our unit! The location was great! Having the boat slip eventually the end slip was great!!

I was sad to see the beach area not Usable. Was expecting kayaks and paddleboards. I was expecting on arrival to have the end boat slip even confirmed prior to arrival. Was told on arrival that they don’t confirm the boat slips and for most of the days had a bad middle boat slip. Dock was wobbly and not safe. Dangerous for other boats in marina to get enter and exit marina. Our unit118 is in definite need of some updating. Beds were not comfortable and left feeling ill due to some painted over mold.

Not worth the price

Great location. Quite at night. Never heard neighbors or trucks outside. A/c worked great.

The tiki torches by the pool were not lit. I had to call the Oceanside resort (bayside office closes at 6) every night and complain. 1 night they never came and did it. 1 night only 2 of the 6 were lit. 2 nights they were all lit. But having to call 4 times was ridiculous. Also the pools at the bayside nor the Oceanside resort have a chiller. They were over 100 degrees. Like a giant hot tub with no satisfaction. We had to take a shower by the pool just to cool off. They are apparently closing in aug sometime for a 60 million dollar renovation. Also the marina docks are in need of repair. Lots of loose boards and cleats. The hose valve for our dock didn’t work (would not turn off) and of course the hose nozzle was broken. Not a big deal but for a resort that is 500 a night I was disappointed.

Would recommend, but apartment not a four star rating

Very nice area. Friendly staff. Included access to Islander Resort with beach area. And essential, as the beach and pool area at Bayside is very limited.

Apartment worn down, stained sofa and carpets. Peeling paint on doors and door mouldings. Very limited kitchenware for cooking own meals. Based on apartment, not eligible for a four star rating. Phones not working, TV remotes not working. Some dead light bulbs. Told the staff but nothing happened while we stayed there. Please note that the only aparments that actually has a good bay view is the "Bay Front King". We payed for a "Bay View King", looking right into a big palm tree.

We were satisfied, and booked the property for another week at the end of April.

Great location for our purpose; clean with friendly staff.

Some things could have been better; i.e., ice dispenser in fridge did not work, and the door could not be opened sufficiently to access ice from the storage bin. Clearly a bad location for this type refrigerator/freezer.

Overall Nice Property and staff were very accommodating to all requests.

Location and staff. Access to full resort pool and dining were great.

Living room furniture and digital TV were not what we expected. We were scheduled for an extended stay (33-35nights) and so extra time was spent in Villa. Extra soft bed with Noisy overhead fan impacted evening sleep.

This was a family trip for spring break and we brought our boat. Andrew at the front desk was excellent and helpful. Nic

we loved that we had access to the sister resort and the shuttle was available to take us back and forth. Also, we could walk to local restaurants. The boat slips are well maintained and having the hoses available was great as well. The property was clean and the staff was very friendly and professional.

parking was tight, especially with bigger vehicles that are towing boats. Also the king bed was not very comfortable. It needs a mattress topper or something because while I don’t mind a firm bed, this bed was hard.

Bare-bones amenities in Villas. TV’s are ancient, in-house cable system even older. Resort amenities are spartan, but clean.

Overall good experience. Staff was more than accommodating.

The accommodation has two bedrooms, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. Great for families with children.

Could use updating to amenities such as kitchen accessories, and bathrooms.

We stayed at the Resort 3 previous times and loved it! We decided to try the Villas during this stay due to a larger gro

Nice size villa with clean and comfortable beds. We were able to check in at 3:00! With 3 adults, we 2 twin beds and king bed worked well! Nice and quiet- very relaxing!

upon arriving, we had 3 electrical outlets that were not working in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. We told the office staff and they sent maintenance to fix the kitchen ones but the bathroom did not work for 5 night stay. Bathtub drain didn’t drain well. Limited number of dishes in this unit Villa 111
