Wonderful hotel in downtown Mystic.Fabulous location for shopping and attractions. Our room was typically "New England" style and we particularly liked the little step to help you climb into bed.
It would have been nice to have breakfast included in the price.

There was nothing we didn’t like but depending on what you are looking for it didn’t have all the facilities of a corporate hotel !

Bar was excellent. Had cocktails and food after our event. The bar staff was pleasant, professional and the cocktails were top shelf.
Breakfast was terrible. We both ordered dishes with sausage. It was inedible. Overcooked and lacked flavor. Went to Nanna's for breakfast. Server was very pleasant and did not charge for the sausage. Our sleep was interrupted by an upstairs guest who was yelling and sounded intoxicated. We called the front desk and they attempted to quiet the guest down. Expected better clientele. Very disappointed.
