Breakfast and location were fine. We had stayed here other times and were familiar with the accommodations. That’s why we made the reservation for there. We looked forward to staying there and will in the future.
The daytime desk attendant gave away the handicapped room we had booked a few hours before our arrival. No other similar rooms were available. We needed the handicapped room with 2 beds. The nighttime desk attendant Ethan apologized and worked out an acceptable solution. He deserves commendation for what he did. We will stay here next time as it is a fine place to stay.
