Best Western Harbour Inn & Suites Huntington - Sunset Beach

The Hotel is located on a main road, and in between two zebra crossing equally far away from the hotel, so getting to the beach takes time. The breakfast is basic but of good quality, eggs, fresh yogurt, bagels, bread, juices, coffee, etc.

The first receptionist staff we met was really rude and unhelpful, the other three we met later on were OK. Pity there is a 7-Eleven in front of the hotel but you cannot cross the road unless you walk a lot to zerbra crossing. The Hotel is old, and not well maintained, furniture are old, and there is a strange smell in the rooms, like humidity or mold. The rooms are clean, although the bathrooms are small especially for double beds 4 people rooms.

I have no complaints except was told they didn't have a late check out by the night clerk then found out do but overall quiet and very friendly clean hotel

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The housekeeping staff was wonderful—they were always friendly and regularly asked if we needed anything or if they could help clean the room. Everyone made us feel welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

The size of the room was great! There was a separate bedroom from the sitting room. There were two patios, one off the bedroom and one off the sitting room. There is a large TV in the bedroom and one in the sitting room. The linens were clean. The breakfast was fresh, and the dining area was clean and had plenty of seating. The parking garage was painted with a cute ocean theme, and there was plenty of parking.

The carpet in the room was very stained, and in need of repair/replacement as duct tape was used to secure the transition between the tile and carpet. There was a huge red stain, which I hope was from wine, and not blood. The couch was very dirty, and I had to lay a towel on it before I would sit down. The AC in the bedroom had a musty smell when in use, so we couldn't use it. The screen on the patio slider in the bedroom had a hole, which let bugs in, so we couldn't open the slider for cooler air. The dirty silk flowers on the desk are unnecessary and should be thrown out. Traffic noise is very loud, even with the sliders closed.
