Staff are very nice and helpful.
You have to pay extra if you want your room cleaned. No breakfast just muffins and nutri grain bars with coffee.

I don't eat breakfast, so I was fine with their oatmeal packets, which you pour into hot water.
I was on the first floor by the parking lot, which made me feel like I should keep my blinds closed most of the time. Not a big deal just something to make note of.

Room I reserved (queen non-smoking) was not available. I was given a substitute but it had a leaky bathroom sink drain.
