Good value and very comfortable.

It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was really good.

The pool area had so much chlorine it was a bit suffocating being in there.

it was great

The girl at the front desk was great we were looking for a starbucks and she gave us directions to the one not to far from the hotel. The hotel was very quiet and the breakfast was great !!!

Affordable alternative to Driving back to Michigan after visiting friends in South Bend, Safe .

Fine, busy street , plenty of restaurants in area.

Breakfast was not kept up for last hour of the alloted time, No Eggs empty dishes.

Disappointing

The staff was exceptional

Booked a room with a pull out couch for our daughter unfortunately the mechanism of the couch broken so it couldn't be. The key card machine wasn't working so the staff had to let us into our room they were nice enough to upgrade us into a nicer room at no charge

Pleasant

The breakfast was decent but there was a miscommunication about the timing. I was luckily in time for it, but a number of guests missed out as they were told it would be served till a later time. It closed earlier and so a number of people were disappointed at eh weekend. Mainly families.

Half the staff were pleasant and half were miserable for no apparent reason(reception). The cleaning staff were friendly. The kitchen staff were angry.

hot tub down. was disclosed on website. walk in and paper posted on door that pool heater was down. pool was main reason we selected this hotel for kids. 20 degrees outside. pool was about 45-50

the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful!

we attended the Norte dame football game. it was close in proximity. we even walked back after the late football game.

just cosmetic. the bathrooms had cracks in the drywall.

It was great except for breakfast..

The breakfast wasn’t that great. No eggs and only a couple pieces of bacon lots of link sausage but it was like rubber.. didn’t eat it.

Would stay there if in that town again

Stopped there for just one night on our way home because we were caught in a bad storm. Hotel was clean and the staff was nice. If you are a Notre Dame fan, the hotel is close to the University!

wasn’t even close to being worth a $500+ stay.

seemed clean friendly at front desk

back parking lot door not working. outlets and usb ports in room not working. LOTS of hallway light coming in under door and at door jam.

We were placed in a room on the first floor across from the pool

The breakfast. There was nothing there when we went. No signs. No food. Morning staff was bad.

Comfortable bed, clean, fridge, coffee machine,

Room had no soap, no cups fir coffee machine, no vending machines for soda on floor, TV had a guide with only channel numbers, no indication of station letters (Fox, CNN, etc) Couldn’t regulate room temperature.

Great

The attention was excellent, very friendly, breakfast was good, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and a very good Wi-Fi connection. They have a refrigerator and microwave. The location is in a great area. I would definitely stay again, it is beautiful.

The only thing I have to add is that the bathroom floor is extremely slippery, and when you come out of the bath you have to be very careful to avoid a fall. They should have a non-slip mat in the bathtub and on the floor.

The bathtub wouldn't hold water but they did everything possible to handle it because the kids were too young for sh

It was very clean and comfortable. Safety measures are in place for Covid and they had a very good safe hot breakfast system that was delicious.

The pool was down for maintenance.
