Beds were super comfortable. Pillows too were great.

The second night we were moved and that room was much safer and cleaner. What I had expected.
The first night were scared, man across the hall was freaking out and screaming in the hall way. You knocked on our doors, screaming f word . We had a function at Penn state all day and were exhausted, but no sleep because of him. Next day we were moved. But I should have been reimbursed for 1st night. Thats when I confirmed the room the first night wasn’t clean towels were old unclean.
