This Ramada did not meet our expectations for cleanliness & safety.

Coffee was good. Mini omelet was tasty. Bathroom and kitchenette were well lighted. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The suite had no dishes or pots for cooking. The microwave was rusted inside (safety?) There was no grab bar in the shower and the floor there was very slippery. The lighting in the bedrooms was poor. There was no WiFi connection in the room. There was only one choice of cold cereal and no milk the last day.

Cheap. Nothing hot Maintenance man was great

Toilet overflowed at night, slipped and cracked my elbow. Told staff member around 10pm. Noone came until the next morning when I got maintenance.

Nie wieder

Eigentlich die Lage. Man ist relativ schnell und einfach mit dem Bus im French Quarter etc.

Ebenfalls die Lage. Leider wussten wir vorher nichts von den Autorennen, die gefühlt die ganze Nacht vorm Hotel starten. Polizei interessiert es null. Das Hotel war sehr hellhörig und die dauerhaft dort Nachbarschaft im Motel nimmt keine Rücksicht. Wir hatten also Aufenthalt inklusive Beziehungsstreit und so weiter. Die Dame am ersten Abend an der Rezeption hat uns eiskalt erstmal ignoriert und andere vorgelassen bis sie dann doch so gütig war und zu empfangen. Man muss dazu sagen, die Dame bei der Abreise war um einiges netter und hilfsbereiter. Frühstück: man erwartet ja nicht viel. Aber es gab quasi nur n undefinierbaren Pamps der zugeteilt wurde. Sorry, keine Empfehlung

My stay was awful and booking.com should be more diligent in vetting the places they send their cus

I have nothing good to say!

Everything! We had ants in the bathroom along with the sink backing up. One of the smoke detectors didn’t work because it didn’t have batteries. There was a gap in the door to the outside. Light and cold air came in through the gap. The tv in one of the rooms didn’t work. It also didn’t have any batteries in the remote. The heater in the same room was unplugged. I have small children or I would have left the hotel that night! The room was so dirty that the kids feet were black.

The location for the hotel was nice. Everything was close to the hotel. I would stay here again but just needs a little upgrade

El peor hotel en mi vida.

La ubicación es horrible, para hacer check in hice una fila de 40 minutos, el hotel esta muy deteriorado y sucio, las camas y las almohadas están para la basura, no había agua fría en la regadera, era imposible bañarse con el agua hirviendo.

It was cheap.

The bed was hard, there were no tub in the room only a shower. We could not get any food deliveries to the motel. Very disappointed for a Ramada.

I don’t have anything good to say

The stay was subpar , the cleaning crew stole items out of my room.. the front desk agent tariana was rude and tried to tell me that nobody would take anything when another guest already had the same complaint… there’s prostitues hanging around the property all day and all night. The maintenance man was nice enough to give us toilet paper even tho we asked Tariana and we waited 45 minutes before the maintenance guy came and that’s after my husband went looked for him.. she’s constantly on her phone with her friends , we called the front desk and she swore she answered the phone and didn’t hear us when in reality , the phone constantly rung. I wouldn’t stay here again and i definitely wouldn’t reccomend anyone else to stay here. The only good that came from this weekend is the fact that’s it’s not far from bourbon street.. other than that , I’d sleep in my car.

Bad experience dis time

Well 1st off I asked for room 251 when I booked but when I got there on Saturday night 12:11am they gave me room 254 which I was confused because every time I come here I get that room and da ac didn’t work in da bk room at all I was burning hot me my daughter and my grandson and I was pissed off.

I didn’t like Saturday when I got back to da room nobody was there to let me in but another guest husband got the gate open and dats how we was able to get in.

The great staff made the stat a pleasant experience.

Pd for king bed. Didn't want to walk up stairs had to settle for 2 double beds. Could feel springs

No buffet. Small room nothing like pictures on internet. They have Waffle maker behind counter makes small waffles that they make for you. Cold boiled eggs. They have donuts cereal milk juice instant oatmeal and sausage links behind counter that they have to get for you. You have to ask them if they can cook scrambled eggs or they want ask what you want. They want tell you you have to ask. In bad area of new Orleans. They're afraid that people might sneak in off street and eat. They have list of guests and check your name when you come in.

They do not take cash only debit or credit card. You have to pay a $50.00 deposit that you have to wait to get credited back to your credit or debit card after stay. The motel is gated. They give you a room card and you pull up to gate push button and tell them your name and rm number and they open gate and you drive in and drive to your room it outside entrance. Our room had paint coming off ceiling and you could feel springs in beds and floor was dirty and roach on floor. Dirt, cobbwebs and dust on light fixture over sink and black looking stuff at bottom of refrigerator. Noisy ac unit. No bar as pictured on internet. Hut bar top by outside pool that is not being used.

the management is bad .

i didn't like the rooms was not over clean and the walls and sleeping area was dirty .

the sheet on the beds was not clean the over need to spend more time cleaning the sheet and bed area so guess can be comfortable .

While the staff may be friendly... the facilities and surrounding area were not.

The staff was amiable and attentive, and super accommodating. The team honored requests (within reason) and was very prompt. They were super helpful and, honestly, some of the most excellent hotel staff I've ever had. I was able to switch rooms when I had a problem with my first upon check-in. The facility had pretty decent security, being gated and having a pretty heavy security camera presence to boot.

Some of the amenities did not work. The TV did not turn on, the lampshades were bent like they had been crushed, the bed in my first room was broken, the armoire had broken shelving, the toilet was wobbly (like it was not properly secured to the floor), housekeeping did not make the beds, the phone did not work, there was no place to put my toiletries in the shower, the door to the room did not close all the way, the walls were paper thin (I heard every conversation, every car drive by, and every child screaming), and I could not find an elevator.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

this "hotel" obviously used ro be an "hourly" motel.

The room reeked of weed. The baseboards were rotted, there were stains on the bed sheets, lipstick kisses all over the tv, prostitutes in thongs and a pimp strolling the sidewalk at the entrance, and gunshots less than a block away.. This place is disgusting.

worst experience ever

the price was to good to be true

the entire stay was horrible. the room was infested with cockroaches. we notified the staff and was moved to a different room that was just the same. mildew on the bed sheets, walls and lamps. the smell was horrendous. you could literally smell the mildew and mold. a sock from the previous guest was still in the bed. the bed was made without even changing them out.

The staff! Friendliest and most welcoming service I’ve ever experienced at a stay.

You could hear everything from outside. Rooms felt kind of empty.
