Easy, Relaxing, Friendly and Comfortable

The staff was amazing!!!!! The location was perfect!!!! If your cruising, take the shuttle service and park your car with them. We have found a hidden gem!

Pricey, but quite an amazing stay for the price that you pay. Recommend Harbor VIEW!!

The room and bathroom were a great size. The bed was comfortable, and the view was absolutely amazing. We picked a view so that we could watch the cruise ship that we would be on, dock. The location was very convenient to reach a plethora of restaurants within walking and short driving distance.

The room was cold and the pillows a bit flat but overall, the stay was very comfortable and the location extremely convenient for a stay the day before our cruise.

creat location!!!

we loved the location right at the pier so we could walk around the strand and grab dinner before getting a good night sleep and getting on our cruise in the morning.

we parked at the hotel while on our cruise. there was a shuttle that took us but upon returning there was nothing. we called and reminded them we were getting in and asked and they said there was one coming. we stood in the rain for over an hour before walking the 3-4 blocks in the pouring rain to get back to the car. not super convenient!

My best compliment is I would stay there again .

The location was great. We were close to the shops, trolly , There were resturants close by, We got there very early from our cruise and they gave us a room. It was so nice. Best money spent was on the trolly. It takes you all over and we got to see so much. Breakfast was ok, but it also was free no complaints. We were able to walk to the historic area. The only thing I wish they had grab bars in the shower.

Easy access to everything , comfortable.

has no lobby to sit in or watch tv , I usually get up early while wife sleeps in . I feel at the rate we are paying parking should be free .

Great Bayside location near some OK restaurants, and close to the Strand. Comfortable bed and massive room. Convenient car parking.

We didn't bother with breakfast. It was probably fine, but not what we wanted.

The location was amazing, and Yolanda at the front desk was awesome! She had a great sense of humor. The room was huge with a great view of the Harbor. Easy, quick access to the cruise terminal.

The bed linen was stained, the AC was loud, and the room was a little musty smelling.
