Carlísimo para ser un hostel

Las instalaciones comunes que tienen. Son amplias y con muchísimas facilidades, también en la cocina. Incluso viven estudiantes a lo largo de todo el año.

Que en las habitaciones se oye muchísimo el sistema de calefacción. El ruido constante de los motores no me dejó dormir del tirón. Los baños a veces huelen a húmedo.

Die etwas günstigere Alternative aber im Grund überteuert

Grosse, sehr schöne Gemeinschaftsräume. Toiletten & Duschen in einem und sehr viele davon auf einem Stockwerk Lichtindikation zur Duschzeit um Wasser zu sparen, viele extra Handtücher in den Bädern

Grelles Licht, unsichere Schlissfächer, keine richtigen Decken und keine Vorhänge ums Bett für mehr Privatsphäre. Durch die Lüftung (die nachts stark läuft) hört man das Nebenzimmer als ob man darin stünde. Die Klingel funktioniert nicht - das Personal weiß Bescheid und dennoch hängt kein Zettel dran, dass es warten kann, bis man vor der Türe gesehen wird. Die Toiletten/Bäder waren teilweise sehr dreckig hinterlassen

I enjoyed the stay, the amenities, and the location, which outweighs the issues I did have.

The staff was super nice, even though I locked myself out of the room about 5 times. The lobby and common area on the second floor were very nice and comfortable. My room was also very clean when I got there. I was glad to be able to purchase a padlock at the desk for my locker.

The Wifi left much to be desired as far as the rooms went. I couldn’t tell if it was different in my room than the common areas and lobby. One of the bathrooms also leaked onto the floor when i would shower.

Wouldn’t mind staying at the HI again, hopefully the issue with the heating will get fixed soon.

Perfect location in the core of downtown, close to everything really! The hostel is well kept, with clean bathrooms and spacious rooms which include lockers.

Unfortunately, it was sooo hot in the room, the heat made it impossible to sleep during the night.

위치는 좋앗으나 조식은 최악이었고 3일 동안 감옥생활을 한것 같아요

좁은 방에 환기도 안돼고 밤에 에어컨을 끌수 업어서 잠을 설치고 다시는 가고 싶지 않아요

Nearly perfect for the price

Nice and spacious rooms, private bathrooms, great social activities, good breakfast, rooms were clean, nice common areas.

The bathrooms could be a bit cleaner and some basic utensils (sharp knives) in the kitchen would be nice

Great location just 10 minutes walk from Boston South Train / Bus Station. The Halal Guys Food Outlet is at walking distance.

Exceptional

Great hostel in centre of Boston downtown. Straight across the Rd from Chinatown and Boston public park a 5 min walk. V clean hostel. Free breakfast served from 7am. Helpful staff. Stayed in 4 bed female dorm. Ample space and lockers in room. Would recommend.

No privacy curtain for bed and was way overpriced for what it was. A hostel room should not cost $70 per person!

I am dissatisfied, but it is good because it is cheap.

The location is very good. I traveled alone, when I came back to the hotel from baseball stadium at midnight with subway, there was not dangerous. And also there was many restaurants neighborhood. The breakfast was simple, like some breads, butter, jam, peanut butter and coffee, but enough for me. The room was very simple. Just beds, lockers and electrical outlet, but enough for me. Surprisingly, all the guests were quiet.

In the room was cold. No blanket in room. When I sleep, I wared jacket. Be careful ! In May, Boston is almost winter.

A very good experience

The place is very central. I liked that the staff was friendly, helpful and available all night. There are plenty of activities and opportunities to meet people. Communal spaces are spacious and cosy. The place feels safe as one needs a card to enter the building and the rooms.

If I really must find something to be improved, that would perhaps be to sell more healthy food at the desk.

I left my travel adaptor when I checked out at 11.00am. At around 18.00pm I realised it and I have been told that they CANNOT DO ANYTHING about it as they are unable to access to their housekeeping department system and also as all their cleaner finish work today so the only thing that I can do is just waiting for tomorrow. I will be leaving tomorrow morning and my phone is nearly dead.I attempted to explain the siuation as I really need it and all I want is just checking with thier cleaners system to see if they get it today but unfortunately the answer is a BIG NO. The staff is completely unsupportive and like a robert keep saying that they don‘t have access to their cleaning system. I am pretty sure that it is not only happened to me，for travelers they left sth in the hotel，what is your system regatding that？ If the reception has no accessibility to the lost items and is that mean the customers have to wait to another day？？？it is extremely inefficient and unfunctional and inconvient. From my understanding，they should have access to the lost items as they are the people who customers will directly contact and check. and what about if I left a very high value items and if I will be leaving Boston，what gonna be happen？By the way all the receptionist provided for me is just an email address that I can email and I got no manager there when I want to talk with！

Convenient and awesome stay experience at the heart of Boston

The hostel was amazing, there were many corners for different activities. The cafeteria for breakfast was awesome with necessities. Will stay again when I am in Boston!

I was in a 6-person dorm and my bed was too soft and I was sinking into the mattress. My back hurts.
