A little more time cleaning. Look up at the fans, don’t turn them on unless you want all crap in air

I was expecting to be in Kissimmee, as that is where l was told it was in. Didn’t find out that it was in Hains City until 5 days before arriving. Called office about the location. Nobody returned my call. At that point what could l do. They had my money and cancelling was not an option because address is not give until week before. Didn’t like that set up at all. I was being to wonder if we were going to really have a place to stay. I think the minute they take your money. You should have an address of your place you are staying. Because they have your money and you have nothing.

They don’t you where the place really is until your opinion are all out of time

when I booked the property I brooked for Kissimmee I got Davenport. The description said the house had multiple twin beds , it had one bedroom with twin beds. upon arrival there were 3 Bee hives hanging near the door with active bees. ( the maintenance guy came the next day to fix it,leaving the bee hive on the ground for us.)The pool was gross. when I called to talk to someone they were rude telling me I don’t know what I was talking about. the garage is absolutely disgusting smells like mold and mildew. the kitchen had ants all over the place when we arrived. the garage disposal doesn’t even work, but if you call and let them know you get charged a fee when it was like that when we got here.In the book they have it says call emergency number for a list of things and nowhere is there that number. many doors in the house don’t lock correctly. The Netting around the pool is all ripped so bugs get in, with this you can’t leave the door open for a minute because they fly in the house. the water into the house has horrible smell to it. the freezer doesn’t keep anything frozen. The pots and pans provided are so bad that you can’t even cook. the shower in the master bedroom sprays right out the door because it’s not the correct shower head for that. All the beds are so old and have no support. the crib mattress they provide has stains all over it . the house has a Jacuzzi but the jets don’t work . When you tell them they tell you yes we know it’s not suppose to. The door from the master bedroom to the pool doesn’t have a alarm on it. The dryer take 3 cycles to dry anything. This has been a horrible experience

Passable

I didn’t like that I was mislead on what the house looked like cause the one we got was not in the pics. That was presented online the furniture was out dated not really any cooking appliances two of the beds were broke the one the headboard wasn’t attached and the other you sit in the bottom of the bed it lifted up. No hot tub as seen in the pics online the blinds were falling off. Just could of been better for the amount of money that was paid for the house. All the TVs were small probably will just stick to booking on the Airbnb site.

Stay at Holiday Villas.

Beds comfortable. Nise accomodations. Have your own swimming pool at home. Could cook for family instead of having to pay for every meal. Close to area attractions like Disney and Sea World. Clean. Could do laundry if needed. Had dishwasher and kitchen fairly well stocked.. Had pool table and other games available for all.

The streets surrounding in neighborhood were parked full of cars which only gave you one lane at best to manuver. The broom and dust pan provided were awful. Wish i would have brought my cordless vacuum. Mop was provided but no bucket or gloves. Didn't even attempt to use. Messes if made by kids etc. hard to clean up.

2 weeks vacation from the Caribbean.

The kids liked the pool , quiet neighborhood , safe surroundings & the size of the house was accommodating. Property managers was nice & helpful but we feel they needs to be more hands on with making sure the property is well kept.

Advertised this house was close to shopping and attractions it was not. The house was dirty and I'm sure it was not sanitized as stated seeing we're in a pandemic. There was so much dust and dirt. The toilets was awefu water stains,?rust & feces stains inside theml, dead bugs ,spider webs in window sill in the main bathroom,dust behind and on bed furnitures, behind the washer and dryer. A child underwear was found under one of the beds. The windows and glass sliding doors was filthy, lawn needed to be manicured. That was the only house and lawn that looked as if if didn't fit in ....... unkept. We had to take the linens off and wash them they had body odor on them, clean the garbage outside (maggots) so we could put our garbage Iit for take out day & Lysol the entire house out. Previous guests left theirs and it was not checked before check in .Going to the pool the blind drops out (with tape on it on sliding door). Internet aweful (reported), tv shuts off while watching it. A/ c not cooling upstairs ( not reported because some said it was ok / others it was hot ). My husband and I was really disappointed 3K we expected more at least house being dated and clean. Previously renting we got our information well in advance (it's your policy week before ok although it was a few days before ) and what you saw is what you got.

The pool was dirty never cleaned Maggots in garage I reached out never heard back And the house was located I. Davenport but I booked a house in kissemee The house offers no privacy in the pool area maybe they could put up fence

Great place to stay with family

Everything was beautiful only thing I would add is more lights by the pool because it’s extremely dark and creepy looking at night. Other than that everything was great! Very spacious clean and a very nice neighborhood

Memorial weekend 2021

The distance to the Disney.

The house was full of roaches and bugs. As soon as we entered the house I noticed two dead in the kitchen. And through out the weekend we saw many more we had to kill, gotten away or already dead. My best friends wife was so scared to sleep after seeing a roach or possibly a bed bug climbing around the bed right before sleeping. Everyone had to sleep fully clothed in fear of how clean the bed in sheets were. My other friend who decided to sleep with out a shirt did get a rash on his back. It was to the point no one wanted to stay there. Overall the cleanliness of the property was so poor that we spent 95 percent outside in the backyard. I do believe the home should be fumigated in the near future before problem grows and beds inspected for possible bed bugs infestation so these issues are fixed for future guest.

Very nice. Close to amenities. Clean upon arrival.

Floors need replacing. Carpets were dirty and stained. I was under impression the pool was heated when in fact, it was not. Oven did not work.

Home was big, spacious and had nice size pool. WiFi worked great especially because this was a home away from home during Covid to work/ kids virtual schooling elsewhere for a week.

Home and furniture were dated. Needs a deep cleaning as carpets and ceiling fans were noticeably not cleaned/dusted well. Kitchen and bathrooms looks as if only quick wipe downs happen as appliances, some dirty dishes were left untouched and bathroom toilet seat was not properly cleaned. Also the pool furniture was dated and dirty.
